Ralph Nalbandian LICSW, Director of Social Services
Mr.Nalbandian, as being a Social Worker for thirty years and, is a graduate of the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. He has practiced direct care to clients in the fields of mental health, geriatrics, family services and addictions. In addition to his leadership position with WORCESTER ADULT DAY CARE CENTER, he continues to be affiliated with Boston College and mentor Social Workers for professional licensure.
REGISTERED AND LICENSED NURSES to administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs, glucose levels, and chronic health issues. Along with managing the day-to-day health needs of our participants, our nurses also provide educational programs and are available to attend to any illnesses or emergencies.
SOCIAL WORKERS to provide family support and assist with plans of care for each participant.
ACTIVITIES PROFESSIONALS plan and conduct activity programs which are personalized to individual interests to help keep all of our participants active and engaged.
NURSING ASSISTANTS to assist with activities, feeding, and personal care.
DIETARY CONSULTANT to assist with meal plans and special diets.
