WORCESTER ADULT DAY CARE CENTER | The recent Supreme Court decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, 140 S. Ct. 1731, 590 U.S. (2020) resulted in a revision to the Nondiscrimination Statement (NDS). Discrimination on the basis of sex in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance has now been updated to include discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and discrimination on the basis gender identity.
